Having worked in a range of recruitment settings, both within Australia and abroad, I’m bringing my entrepreneurial spirit, extremely personal approach and passion for the mining industry with Raw Earth Recruitment.

Though I began my recruitment career in 2016, I have previously worked in similar people-centric industries. From managing gyms and coaching people through their fitness journeys, to leading sales teams, I have a natural talent for helping others succeed and bring a zest and vibrancy to what I do.

The core challenges associated with finding and retaining great talent are similar within all industries. The not-so-secret solution is to support people in feeling meaningfully engaged in their work, supported with the resources to be successful and be truly understood and valued for who they are. This is the difference that I bring as a recruiter.

Partnering with ASX listed, global companies, SME and family-owned consultancies has broadened my network and relationships, giving me an exceptional toolkit to unlock your next team member or make your next career move.

I was born and raised in a mining family and lived in various remote mining towns throughout my childhood. Naturally, I’ve been steered towards this career that has been an integral part of my life.
